Addiction Recovery
Recover Your Way With Our Intensive Outpatient Program
Our intensive outpatient program allows you to integrate lifesaving drug rehab care into your busy schedule. We offer nighttime programing and more!
It's frustrating. You know you need help, you're ready to take the first step into recovery...but what about your job? Even generous workplaces have a limit on how much time off you can take to get help for addiction and mental health issues.
Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) will give you the room you need to grow and heal. Because an intensive outpatient program is extremely flexible, it's possible to work lifesaving addiction care into your busy schedule. Recovering your way has never been easier.
How Our Intensive Outpatient Program Works for You
Backed by evidence-based therapy, our intensive outpatient program is easy to adapt to your busy schedule. Our program is scheduled into blocks throughout the day. You can attend a therapy session in the morning, and participate in a group therapy session later in the day...or vice versa. It's all up to you.
Our outpatient drug rehab acts as YOUR community center. You'll share a welcoming, warm, and nonjudgmental space full of people who share your goals. It's a refuge from a busy and sometimes overwhelming world, where you can focus on your growth and recovery. Many of our clients work and attend school while under our care.
What Is an Intensive Outpatient Program?
An intensive outpatient program (IOP) is a form of treatment for addiction and mental health issues that allows individuals to receive comprehensive care while maintaining their daily responsibilities such as work, school, and family obligations. It involves attending therapy sessions and group meetings at designated times throughout the day or week, providing a flexible schedule for those who cannot commit to inpatient treatment.
It's a little different from a partial hospitalization program (PHP). While PHPs provide more intensive treatment, IOPs offer a structured and supportive environment that allows individuals to continue working toward recovery while also fulfilling their other obligations.

What Is Our Intensive Outpatient Program Like?
Because it's so flexible, everybody's experience while attending an intensive outpatient program is different. For most, attending an intensive outpatient program means coming to our treatment center several times during the week. Here's what our program looks like for most:
Initial Assessment
All of our clients are carefully assessed so we know how to meet their needs. If you need a greater level of care, we'll work with you to find the best possible treatment for your specific needs. If you need drug detox, we’ll help you find a drug detox care for your specific needs. We maintain valued relationships with many of the nation's leading drug detox centers.
Therapy Sessions
Therapy is the foundation of our intensive outpatient program. Through individual therapy, you'll work one-on-one with a therapist to explore and address your personal struggles. Group therapy sessions provide valuable support, encouragement, and connection with others going through similar experiences.
Recovery Education
Education about addiction and mental health is crucial to the recovery process. Our intensive outpatient program includes educational sessions that will help you understand the root causes of addiction and how to manage triggers and cravings in order to maintain long-term sobriety.
Sober Activities
Recovery doesn't have to be all work and no play. Our intensive outpatient program also includes sober activities such as yoga, art therapy, and recreation outings. These activities not only provide a healthy outlet for stress and emotions but also help foster a sense of community and connection with others in the program.
Aftercare
When you complete our intensive outpatient program, we don't just send you off into the world on your own. We provide ongoing aftercare support to help you maintain your sobriety and continue to grow in your recovery journey.
Is an Intensive Outpatient Program Right for Me?
Our intensive outpatient program is designed for individuals who are committed to their recovery but need more flexibility than a traditional inpatient program can offer. It's ideal for those who have already completed a higher level of care, such as inpatient treatment, or those who have responsibilities that require them to be present during certain times of the day.
If you're ready to take the next step toward recovery and want a program that can fit into your busy schedule, our intensive outpatient program may be the perfect solution for you.
